Since my computer was being hard-drive swiped and upgraded yesterday, I couldn't put what I ate until now.

2 medium whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, 3 slices tomato, 6 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 apple
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
1 thigh Provencal Chicken
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can vegetable soup
1/4 cantaloupe
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
1 large Slimfast Bar
2 cups water
