Since my computer was being hard-drive swiped and upgraded yesterday, I couldn't put what I ate until now. Thursday, October 25, 2007 Breakfast 1 banana 1-1/3 cups grits 1 cup 1% milk 2 cups coffee 2 cups water Lunch 2 medium whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, 3 slices tomato, 6 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo 1 apple 6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit 2 cups water Dinner 1 thigh Provencal Chicken 1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine 1 can vegetable soup 1/4 cantaloupe 1-1/2 cups 1% milk Evening Snack 1 large Slimfast Bar 2 cups water Friday, October 26, 2007 Breakfast 1 orange 1 cup Rolling Oats 1 cup 1% milk 2 cups coffee 2 cups water Lunch 1 apple pancake 2 sausage patties 1 potato wedge Mandarin oranges 2 medium whole wheat pita pockets 2 cups water Dinner 1 pork chop 1 baked yam with 1 tsp. margarine 1 can vegetable soup 17 grapes Diet grape soda Evening Snack 1 Slim A Bear no sugar, low fat ice cream bar 2 cups water Denise Phares/Kitties4
