Chunkymama made me think of an idea
I have noticed the past few days people mentioning Holidays. Now Chunkymama has reminded me of all those awful Christmas parties that most of us fat girls dread going too. Do you guys want to do some kind of challenge to get us through the holidays? Maybe weightloss and excercising combined? Any suggestions? I'm a sahm so I would be more than willing to start the thread daily or weekly or whatever we decide to do. I'm a bit nervous myself as my weight comes off so slowly, been this way ever since I did that medifast diet. My metabolism is so shot. Sooo, otherwise if I can do it, anyone can! I think I can, I think I can, I think I can...Also, this might give us a chance to see others daily excercise routine and see what works for them and who knows, maybe help someone else out in the long run.

Here is the thread from the last chart Tali did for use back in Sept. Quite a few people have left us... maybe we can delete those that have left and add the new peeps and just kick the dates... I am not sure how Tali did the chart.. but there is no update for September or October thus far... I think we shoudl use this as to not negate the work we have be doing thus far .. ya know...
