HELP! FALLING OFF ON WEEKENDS
the same mess happened to me last week (my first week on WW)
I did GOOD!!! M-f and then Sunday... I bombed!!!
I think we should try to keep our weekends BUSY!!! I know we view them as a time to relax and veg... but when you have a food addiction... its too tempting to just sit...(this is my opinion of course)
For me, sitting means snacking!
maybe try to keep your time full on the weekends
