MY NEW HAIRCUT

Hey everyone, In the stress of all this family stuff, I forgot to tel you all that I cut 14 inches off my hair... I just posted a picture in myu profile if anyone ins interested.. It's not as glam a picture as I would like, but it's me with no face on, and a new haircut.

did you donate it or something?  Was this a liberation move?  It usually is a drastic measure to cut off so much hair... whatever the reason It sure looks great!

Acckkk 14 inches!  That's alot of hair, talk about a drastic change!  Your braver than I am girl.  I have long hair also, but I can't do that!  But I just looked and it does look cute!  Does your head feel like it's gonna tip over..hehe

You know, the main reason I did it, aside form needing a change of pace... was that I realized that I had become the fat girl with long stringy hair. It was flat, and lifeless, and I needed something more than a trim, or some layers. For me, having long hair was definitely a security blanket when it came to my weight, but the more I saw it looking so flat and long, the more I felt like I needed a change.. I needed a style, and to be honest, this haircut is so superb, that I did not have a moments regret.. I LOVE IT!!! It was the best thing I did for myself this year.... It compliments my face, my hair color, my makeup, it it's me.. The modern fabulous me !! I highly recommend it !!! Thanks for all the compliments you guys...

I love to do this periodically.  Well, cut it anyway.  I can't donate it b/c my hair is colored now.  Yours looks awesome.  It definitely brightens up your whole face.
