2 medium whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, 3 slices tomato, 6 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 large peach
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
Chicken breast with skin and white sauce
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can salt-free mixed vegetables
1/4 cantaloupe
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
1/2+ sugar-free, low fat ice cream
