9 prunes
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
1 thigh "Strawberry" Chicken
1 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1 can vegetable soup
1/4 cantaloupe
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
