Hi! I only lost 40 so far so I don't know if this counts.. but here goes! 1. I eat more: Protein
2. I eat less: everything! Especially carbs.
3. My survival Mantra is: I'm not afraid of dying.. I know where I'm going... but I am afraid of living like this!
4. I exercise: two to three 30 minute interval sessions on a lifecycle 7 days a week. 7am - around noon and around 3:00pm 5. Unexpected thing I see is: MUCH less pain. 6. Number one benefit I see: More stable blood sugar WITHOUT insulin resulting in reduced hunger. Also, it's nice not to have to do gymnastics in the shower! Skin clearing, eyes bright, hair growing.. could all be attributed to lower sugars. 7. The supplements I take are and why: Flaxseed oil <-- trying to get the good fats in there. A multivitamin and Klor kon rx potassium.. 8. The way I fight craving is to: If it's actually hunger, I just eat something, but if I crave a fruit or something with carbs I put on the music loud and get on the bike until I forget I craved something. Of course, if I just drop and pray.. it'll work everytime.. but like any spoiled child, I'm always trying to do things my way... :( 9. When I hit my goal I think that: I'll quit smoking 10. If I fall off the wagon, I then: Haven't done it yet.. will cross that bridge when I come to it. God Bless!
eat more: protein and veggies eat less: sweets (even though i love baking them!)
survival mantra: looking at my daughter and wanting to live long and healthy so i can run w/ her and see her grow up. exercise: in the morning (times between 5 and 8 am) at least 4-5 days a week unexpected thing is: not sure number one benefit: playing with my daughter and being fit(and buying lingrie in victoria secret!) supplements i take: prenatal vitamin (till the rx is up) has more of the vitamins women need fight cravings: try to fight them, by ignoring them in stores, or drinking a glass of water (usually when i want a snack i'm actually thirsty and it works!) when i hit my goal: i'll go shopping at victoria secret! if i fall off the wagon: i just get back up and work harder and look at what happened what was going on that i fell. everyday is a new day, we can only take it a day at a time and look forward to our goals! FYI, when i dieted in the past i never saw myself at a smaller size. but now i can see that and i think that makes a world of difference for me. maybe when we see ourselves losing it and doing those things that's when we are truly ready to get healthier! just a thought!
