2 medium whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, 3 tomato slices, 6 slices chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 large peach
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
1 cheese with whole wheat bun, 1 "Italian" hamburger, 1 slice American cheese, mustard
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1 can vegetable soup
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
