Argg! up 2 with TOM :(

Well, on the 21st I was down 4 pounds and was right at 200. Today--- with TOM, I'm at 202 :(  A little disappointed BUT... still DOWN the 2 pounds anyway :) :) I just want TERRIBLY to be OUT of the TWO hundies :(

 Dont be to upset its water weight, soon as your tom is gone so will the gain, Your doing fantastic!!!  cant wait till i reach 200, 27 more pounds for this goal then to start on another.  Keep up the good work. Delilah

Mama... drink lots and lots of water... I notice... when I get more water... even when TOM shows up the scale does not reflect it.....  H2O!!!!

..and I am sure that TOM has done nothing for your mood in general!!!  Drink water, don't eat too many grain-style carbs.  reach for fruits and veggies if you feel hungry. Ain't no big thing.  I bet if you work at it, you could be in onederland in a couple weeks, no sweat!!!!

Aww, I know it stinks, but think of it this way...work towards a better next week!  TOM will be gone and you'll have another week under your belt.  Make sense?  That's the way I think of it anyway.  I'm like clock work, two to four pounds every time TOM comes.  Chin up and eat your veggies! hehe

NOTE TO SELF ----- NEVER WEIGH IN DURING THAT TIME OF THE MONTH - IT'S AN EASY WAY TO FEEL LIKE YOU WANT TO SABOTAGE YOUR HARD WORK ..... DONT MIND THOSE 2 POUNDS, AND KEEP ON MOVING FORWARD !!!
