1 ham & cheese sandwich with 12-grain bread, toasted
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
1 can New England clam chowder
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
2 cinnamon graham crackers
