1 peach
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
1 cheeseburger with "Italian" hamburger, 1 slice American cheese, 1 whole wheat bun
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1 can vegetable soup
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
1 Slim A Bear sugar-free, low fat Klondike Bar
