2 medium whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, 3 slices tomato, 6 slices turkey/chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 apple
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
1-1/4 cups leftover chili
1/8 serving cornbread with 1 tsp. margarine
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
Diet root beer
