Back up... to...
Well my daughter's birthday bash, a wedding and a buffet have caught up to me.... I am up to 271 as of this morning.... the weekend was busy and full of food... I showed very little restraint and today it showed up on the scale... Ewwww! Not feeling good today... I am staying positive.... I have slacked off on my water intake over the past three days... and I am willing to bet the high sodium foods I consumed are making me retain water... (atleast that is what I am hoping)
Diva need a hug and some encouragement cause I have slipped..... .... What a difference a week or two can make....
the salt can really mess with you!! give yourself a couple of days on full water consumption before you get worried...

You are probably right- I think we tend to forget our water intake while we are indulging in the FUN stuff.... I'm still not doing whopping great- but I ain't been eating McDonalds stuff ;)
