6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
1 peach
9 prunes
2 cups water
Dinner
Chicken breast with skin with spaghetti sauce & parmesan cheese
1 cup whole wheat spaghetti with sauce & cheese
17 grapes
1 can vegetable soup
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
1/2+ cup no sugar, low fat ice cream
