Breakfast 1/2 grapefruit 1 cup spoon size shredded wheat 1 cup 1% milk 2 cups coffee 2 cups water Lunch 2 medium whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, 3 slices tomato, 6 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo 6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit 1 peach 9 prunes 2 cups water Dinner Chicken breast with skin with spaghetti sauce & parmesan cheese 1 cup whole wheat spaghetti with sauce & cheese 17 grapes 1 can vegetable soup 1-1/2 cups 1% milk Evening Snack 1/2+ cup no sugar, low fat ice cream Denise Phares/Kitties4
