Yea hot dog was bad!  I knew the soup was gonna have high sodium. That is the planned dinner just need to keep it that way. The plan was to eat sandwich for lunch and spaghetti for dinner but I crammed a hot dog in my mouth lol. So I altered everything.

why was the hot dog bad? 298 calories, 9g protein, 19g fat.  Really, I dont think that is terrible... now the 520 calorie cookie might not have been worth it.....  but the hotdog seems like no big deal.  you could have maybe even had a second dog and skipped the cookie!  LOL

At lunch I went to my parents house because I have my kitten stashed there in my old bedroom for today because maintence is coming into my apartment to change heat filters or some junk and uh I never told em I had a cat..... lol. I will have to pay extra! which is totaly utter bull **** Anyways my mom mad cookies....peanut butter ones I stuff two in my mouth along with the hot dog. lol. Cookies were good so was the hot dog. Hot dogs are a weakness of mine I really love them and yes i could have skipped the cookies. Should have but next time. :)

see there you go!  You have just mentioned an area where YOU can control the fat or calories and still have something you love. Can you find a brand of dogs that are BETTER?  switch to a whole wheat bun?  Hot dogs dont have to be evil (although I believe the turkey ones are - yuck) but if you make the BETTER hotdog choice it is ... well... like having your dog and eating it too!  LOL

My favorite are Koegel Vienna's because they have the skin and they crunch and omg lol. I could live with out the bun I dont NEED the bun I just want the hot dog lol. So I guess I could do that eat a hot dog or two with out the bun. And if I feel the need to have a bun I can do the wheat ones.

that kitty would have probably been murder-ilized by the dog anyway!  You can do it on your own. Set goals and stick to them. College debt is good debt - at your age, you will pay that off in no time and be making bank like crazy.  Hair looks like this is your bag...not many of us get to work in a field we adore like you adore yours!!!!! Even when kids/parents get along, it is amazing how fast we fall back into "I am your parent - you are the kid so what i sez goes" mode.  As I said, no WAY would I have ever gone back.  We tell our four kids that our place is only for short periods of living with us. The only way any of them to have to live with us would be like a serious illness or something. I'd rather subsize them with cash and help them that way.

Yea I should be fine....i was even thinking about moving into a different apartment. Same complex..but different apartment. I am now living in a two bedroom with a balcony which I could really go to a one bedroom with no balcony....WAY cheaper almost like 100 bux cheaper!

Congrats, Christa, for coming to your senses. I've been losing weight by cutting out fast food, sweets, and making better choices.  I also go to the pool as much as I can and tread water.  It is so relaxing....doesn't feel like exercise at all.  I also go to a line dancing class every Wed. night.  That also doesn't feel like exercise, and I've met a lot of friends there, also.  So it's a win-win! I've been losing VERY slowly (of course, I'm old!).  I can't imagine that you could lose 4 lbs. a week doing this, so please be patient.  It may not go as you planned, but the weight will come off. I've lost 14 lbs. since July 1.  I know it's slow, but at least it's off for good!  Don't be hard on yourself if you can't lose as fast as you want to.  Just know that you WILL get the weight off and be healthier for it. Oh I dont figure that I will actually lose 4 pounds a week. Its just I know if I logged in 2 pounds a week it would probably say I can have 1800 calories...and ummm I would eat it. Because it said i could....so I am content at the 1600 for now.  :) I only expect 2 pounds to come off every week :) or 1 pound I am not in any hurry eventually I will get there.
