Diets....nah.
Some places have those exercise classes that are dance oriented. You would probably love that. At your age, making small changes to your eating habits like limiting the junk and portion control should allow you to lose weight. When I was in my twenties I could lose weight pretty easy if I just tried. Not so easy when your in your 40's. Exercise is easier too when your younger. Let your mom know your trying to eat healthier before you move in. I'm sure she already knows this. Maybe she will try and make sure you have healthier choices around and limit the junk in order to make it easier for you. Good luck! Brenda
well you KNOW this makes me happy! In your case (for that matter most of the under 35 crowd here), you need to do one thing at a time. For now, just concentrate on getting plenty of fruits and veggies, lean proteins, healthy fats in small amounts, wonderful whole grains. AND move every day to the best of your ability!
