1 peach
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
Salmon filet seasoned with lemon pepper on griddle
1 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
