1 peach
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
2 cups water
Dinner
Steak on griddle
Baked white potato with 1 tsp. margarine
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
1 Slim A Bear no sugar, low fat Klondike Bar
