I'm astonished
Thing that amazes me, doesn't look like just 14 lbs, does it. I will say, it took a while for the changes to take place. Most of the time to just change my metabolism with the food. The big drop and difference was within the last 2 weeks. Since I'm an impatient person, I have to say I was frustrated waiting. I watched some dieters lose weight with just a quick walk or short swim a handful of times a week and was jealous. But, I've got muscle and tone and that goes a long way.
