How about this...
Christa -
you asked for my opinion - so here it comes. You need to STOP with the diets! You need to stop looking for the magic bullet. It does not exist. What you CAN do is commit to eating healthy, every meal, every day and eating enough small meals to keep your metabolism up and running. It frustrates me to see you flitting from one "plan" to the next. Just eat. Eat well and live well. Stop with the madness already

See it works for you....this is who I am...I do diets. One after the other. That is just how I am and I can't change that...or more less dont want to. I can't eat every two hours it's just not in me. I refuse to eat when I am not hungry. It may work for you...which is totally awesome. And to be honest I have done the whole eat healthy and exercise you know what happened....nothing I did it for over two weeks before I even found this site back last winter...nothing happened my weight stayed the same. It doesn't work for me my body doesn't work that way.I have to actually diet and exercise ALOT in order to lose something I have learned that. I remember how I lost 20 pounds....starving basically. Because thats the only way my body will lose something. I didn't eat much. Like half of a tuna sandwich for lunch and dinner would be like chicken and broccoli....and an hour or more of exercise everyday religiously...I just cant do that!!! So I am going to do this the cereal thing...low calorie almost like starving but not. It just works with me....But I do appreciate your opinion :)
Sorry if I sounded short. I didnt mean to be.
I guess I worry about you because I dieted my way to 340 pounds over the past 20 years, instead of loving myself enough then to give myself the nutrition I deserved. I dieted metabolism into the ground... As long as the diets are working for you and you are consistently losing weight and keeping it off that is all that matters. Good luck.

Just so you reduce caloric intake without eating so little that NOBODY could do it...call it a diet or don't call it a diet, it is toward the same end. We all are trying to reduce calories somehow. For YOU, just eating anything on a regular basis that is fairly substantial is progress. LOL. Cereal meal replacement is waaaaay better than the south beach bar thing. It's disgusting to never see that stupid scale move.
