1 cup coffee with half and half and artificial sweetener
Lunch
12-grain bread toasted ham & cheese sandwich
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can New England clam chowder
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
2 cinnamon graham crackers
