Good Morning everyone, Well my surgery went very well. I was coming out of recovery by 9 am. Put me in my room.....not very much happening except pain medication. I got up and walked....doc said feed her and if she can keep that down, she can go home tonight! I made it home in time to watch Grey's Anatomy.....yeah. Feeling good, just sore.

10/4/07 surgery 265, 11/7/07 1st fill 252, 12/27/07 2nd fill 243, 1/16/08 234, 2/27/08 3rd fill 230, 5/18/08 209, 6/12/08 home scale 200!!!!!!!!!!! 10/22/08 1 yr......184, 11/4/08.....170, Pouch dilation in April 10, complete unfill. Starting over! 7/29/10-175

Glad to hear you are doing well so far... So... How does it feel... You had the surgery and now you are on your way to a smaller you.... Has it sunk in yet?

I think it had sunk in before surgery..... I didn't get nervous until about 10 minutes before reaching the hospital, then it went away as quickly as it came. Once I got there everything moved so fast I didn't have time to be nervous. The only thing that is bothering me now is the gas pains and my port incision is really sore and swollen a little. I think I'll go get dressed and go walking to see if that helps with the gas pain. Thanks for the well wishes!

I had two ceareans and gas pains were one of the worst things ever. just move around, like you say. And know that it will pass in a few days. You rarely hear of them hanging on for more than that!
