Thanks you guys, ya'll still going to let me hang out here? Crazy thing, I'm not nervous. I may wake up in the morning a bumbling idiot, but right now I'm peaceful. I know that I'm making the right decsion. Shari, Basically I started this process in Jan. I've been to three seminars and two surgeons office. I completed the whole six week supervised diet and then found out later that I didn't have to do that for my insurance. I think I learned alot though from you guys and USDA and by counting my calories and becoming more aware of what I'm eating instead of just eating. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea last October but I had been not sleeping for at least 14 yrs. My doctor just kept upping my dosage of xanax. I finally decided to take myself off of them so then I had to find out why I couldn't sleep. Then when I was diagnosed with insulin resistance, visions of what my grandmother suffered through and actually sitting at the hospital 8 times this year with mother I decided that I didn't have to be there in 20 or 25 years. Thank you guys for thinking about me and thank you for being my friend!!!!!!!

10/4/07 surgery 265, 11/7/07 1st fill 252, 12/27/07 2nd fill 243, 1/16/08 234, 2/27/08 3rd fill 230, 5/18/08 209, 6/12/08 home scale 200!!!!!!!!!!! 10/22/08 1 yr......184, 11/4/08.....170, Pouch dilation in April 10, complete unfill. Starting over! 7/29/10-175
