Rotisserie chicken breast with spaghetti sauce & parmesan cheese
1 cup whole wheat spaghetti with sauce & cheese
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
1/2+ cups no sugar, low fat ice cream
