please!!!! I have lost only 4 pounds for the month of Sept... I am now 270.... I am encouraged anyway because I am only 2 funky little pounds away from having lost 20 pounds..... SO.... BRANG IT ON!!!! (yep... I typed "brang"....LOL) Happy Monday!!!
