1 cup hazelnut coffee
2 cups water

1 cup coffee
Lunch
1 toasted cheese sandwich with 12-grain bread
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin on
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can New England clam chowder
1/4 cantaloupe
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
2 cinnamon graham crackers
