Breakfast
1 banana
1 whole grain English muffin with margarine melted on it
1/2 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 cup 1% milk
1 cup hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
1 cup cornmeal mush
3/4 cup 1% milk
Dinner
1 thigh Curry-Sauced "Chicken" Thighs
1 cup brown rice with margarine
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1 can vegetable soup
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
3 cups popcorn
1 large Slimfast Bar
2 cups water

PS: I weighed myself this morning, and I still weigh 271.0 pounds. So I've lost 4-1/2 pounds for the month of September!
