If restaurants had to give you nutrition data at the point of purchase would it influrence your decisions? Yes, I would choose lower calorie, healthier foods. In your prior bad eating habits life, would it have influenced your decision?

Yes, I do.
I personally feel that it's primarily what you eat at home (if you do eat at home) that determines whether you're obese or not. But restaurants certainly don't help, when they give you huge portions of high calorie food, and non-nutritional desserts, like cake, pie, etc. I've heard that in Europe, they give you much smaller portions of food in their restaurants. No wonder they're skinnier over there!

They eat less and move more. Cant argue that as a healty example! My husband will occasionally walk home (8 miles) because he misses walking here. I cannot imagine walking 8 miles ANYWHERE for fun.
When he lived in the UK he had to walk a mile from where he parked to his office, and thought nothing of it.
