Question for Shari!
I know Shari will be along to give her info soon... but thought I'd butt in and share mine too.
I average around 100 grams of lean protien a day. I have had red meat twice in the last 60 days.... and honestly I dont miss it.
My carbs average between 150 and 200 grams per day Fat between 50 to 75 grams per day and I try to keep around 1500 calories. using a food journal like fitday or the daily plate will really help you to see what you are eating... as for TOM he is a busy fella - arrived here day before yesterday! LOL

calories below 1200 puts you at risk for starvation mode, potential malnutrition etc.
try adding some lean protien to get up to 1200 - it will help rather than hurt. Just adding a sugar free yogurt would have given you another 6 grams of protien and 100 calories.
