WORKOUT CHALLENGE!
How's it work? Add up how many minutes of exercise you plan to commit to for the week. How little or how much is up to you! Then, on Saturday we'll will total 'em up and see how ya did. You will have to record the times daily somehow (you can do this in FitDay.) This week, my fitness goal is 30 minutes per day X 7 days-- 3hrs. 30 minutes (Doc says to keep it easy for a while) So far, Wednesday, I have 2 hrs. and 5 minutes. (Two days of water aerobics, and light weights to a fitness tape I have. Too hot to walk!) What'll you do this week, and where are you today?

Mon. - 35 min. walking/recumbent bike Tues - 40 min. walking/recumbent bike Wed. - 40 min. walking/recumbent bike Thurs - 40 min walking/recumbent bike Fri. - 15 minutes at lunch walking I'm at 170 min, but will finish the other 10 tonite to make my 3 hr commitment. I don't know what I will do next week as I am on vacation and I won't be posting again until Oct. 8. Brenda
