1 cup 1% milk
2 cups coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 medium whole wheat pita breads with spinach, 3 slices tomato, 6 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
9 prunes
2 cups water
Dinner
1 thigh Saucy Curred "Chicken" (actually it's turkey, but I have an easier time getting chicken thighs) Thighs
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1 can vegetable soup
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
