welcome! as neecee said we need more info!  LOL

I can write for ages on what is working for me... but only a portion of that will be applicable to YOU.

A few basics that I belive apply to everyone. 1.  You should begin the PlumPlan ASAP.  This plan is designed around foods you like and will eat.   2. WATER WATER WATER 3.  Start keeping a food journal NOW.  use www.fitday.com or www.thedailyplate.com or anyone of the others that are out there... but use it ALL THE TIME.  It will help you so much to see what you really eat.  Once you know what you are eating you can make a change here and there to improve your choices. (this is how the plum plan is developed) 4.  eat.  It feels counterintuitive to most of us, but you must eat good food often to help your metabolism. 5.  Last but not least DO NOT DISAPPEAR when things start to go badly.  commit to being here and being held accountable when you start to slide....
