So this weekend didn't go as well as I had hoped. Friday....binge.....Saturday...binge! AHH for pete's sake mother of pearls. Sunday I went grocery shopping because I realized omg I am so LOW on cash because I keep spending it on Fast Food! So usually I would go to Wal-mart or VG's but I went to Save-a-lot because I knew I would save a lot hahah. I spent a whole 21bux for the whole week! Yay lol. So Sunday....I binged....but on healthier food not fast food. Yesterday I was fast food free. I know as soon as TOM comes I won't binge anymore....couple more days. But today I will try not to binge. I brought my lunch today so I know I am good for the day...it is until I get home. Which I think I will make some spaghetti. Only enough for one serving! No more than that. Then tan, gym....and watch the premiere of Heroes! WOOhoo all my shows come back on this week....i can watch them at the gym oh yea baby! hahahaha. Oh and I did some drinking Saturday....blah...oh it tasted so good though Long Beaches.....3 of them and I was feeling pretty happy! lol. So that means no drinking for a while! Because that was two weekends in a row and I am only supposed to be doing it once a month!!!! Anyways that is my weekend in a nutshell. Now for today..... :)

Good that you're cutting back, but the crap they sell at Sav-A-Lot is sooooo nasty bad for ya! Cheap food is cheap for a reason! Between that and the Dollar Stores in my younger years, it's a wonder I'm not dead!

Not true....I bought name brand things. Same things I would buy at Walmart or the expensive grocery. I bought a couple Lean Cuisines, some deli meat, veggies, fruit, some wheat bread...I didn't need a whole lot I had chicken and meats in the freezer, I really just needed some lunch things and maybe some veggies and stuff.  Cheap is good enough for me....I'm becoming broke and need to watch my spendings!!! Anyone need their hair did? hahaha I need some cash! :) Or I need a roomate!!!

well, my food was not exactly where i wanted it to be, but i have been waaay worse.  I ate desserts both nights:  sat & sun, not a lot, but still. Good job on veggies yesterday but not so much on Saturday:  made an awesome risotto with winter squash and red bell and garlic and zuccini last night.  Drinking, good.  Not soo much. Exercise, not even what I wanted to do, yesterday was way too hassled.  Slept in, which I never do, gotta say i needed that.

Had not so good weekend myself, had couple drinks first in long time, ate more than i should, and had some goodies LOL!!  Oh well a new day , a new week, Iam getting back on the ball  LOL!   Delilah

Ok, I'm joining the club too.  I did good Saturday for breakfast and lunch, but then had a nice juicy burger with cheese on a bun and chips.  Ok, I only had one burger.  In my heyday, I would have two, both with buns, and load down my plate with chips.  On Saturday, my plate didn't have half the bag of chips on it, only one serving size.  I'd say that's an accomplishment.  Then I had a piece of cake with buttercream frosting...ohhhhhhhhhhh it was so good.  On Sunday it was a total wash with a cheeseburger for breakfast and chips.  Then I had another cheeseburger with chips for supper and two, yup two, pieces of cake for the day.   Today is a new day and I'm back on my healthy eating plan.  I didn't gain any weight with my pigfest.  By my scales I either stayed the same or lost 1 lb.  I'm going with staying the same.  Darn digital scales...I always come up with two numbers when weighing myself.

My parents scales are digital....you always have to step on it once...it'll tall you some odd heavy weight then step on it again and there is the weight...then it stays that way if you keep stepping on it lol. So I always go with the second weight :)

Normally I do too, but yesterday I got three different weights...LOL!!!  So, I decided to go with the one I thought was more accurate.  I haven't done the greatest this last week so I figured I didn't lose any weight.

"scales are digital....you always have to step on it once" That's what I have and I ALWAYS get on it at least THREE times. The weight that shows the same- at least TWICE+  is my weight.  I always worry that it's NOT accurate because it does that. But I have reads it's usually "off" if you have to move it to a place to use- so I get on- figure that's bogus so I get on again and again until it stays the same. It's pain but has been fairly accurate with the Drs. office in the past.
