First Day of Autumn!
Breakfast
Dollar size buckwheat pancakes with light syrup
2 scrambled eggs
3/4 cup apple juice
1 cup 1% milk
2 cups hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
Black bean soup
Tuna salad sandwich on whole grain bread with veggies
1 piece of whole grain bread (saved for Mike's lunch)
Natural potato chips
Lemonade
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
1 can corn chowder
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
2 cinnamon graham crackers
2 cups water

P.S.: I weighed myself this Saturday morning, and I've lost another pound! That makes 23.5 pounds so far, and I weight 271.0 now!
