HA! So there! Take THAT! I..am..a centurian!
I'll tell you what I know for sure:
1) My sleep apnea is gone. I am off the CPAP and do not snore.
2) My mobility is much better-- I can stand for a long while and walk over a mile without feeling it
3) My cholesterol was 244 previously and 170 in May-- probably lower still now, I will know Wednesday.
4) I was pre-diabetic with blood sugar crashes, yeast infections et al-- all of those are gone.
5) My blood pressure is remarkably low--- consistently about 100/60

VERY COOL! That is just awesome!!! I can imagine how GOOD that makes you feel! Not only physically but mentally- just seeing the levels get into a normal range! And if you had any questions about whether the WLS was the "right" move... I'm sure these ALL are reminders of how RIGHT it was!
That is what I am hoping for as well! I am SO excited to SEE all the stuff GO AWAY... well, SOME- if not all :) I have never been officially diagnosed with sleep apnea, but I am 100% sure I am experiencing that as well. What a GOOD NIGHT sleep would feel like! I have even considered trying the machine but maybe I won't have to now :)
Thanks so much for sharing!
