OMG! One month yesterday- I got on the scale!!!

I really think that is what has made it "easier" for me... I have fot in a real (home made) hamburger with all the fixins, even a hot dog one day for lunch. You just have to PLAN and be accountable for WHAT you put into your mouth. So far- I can't say enough good about this plan- I hope it continues this well cause it really seems to "fit" me.
