Why they do this to me!!!
So I am running back into the office from the gym.... I have just burnt 400 calories and am feeling good... I walk past the conference room and there it is DOMINOS PIZZA... smelling so good and looking all cheesy and stuff..... I go put my gym stuff down and look up nutritional info online.... Main while... my co-workers are calling me "Hey come get some"..... I say okay... I am clicking and clacking on the computer to figure out how to eat some pizza without blowing the calories I just burnt.... Okay they have Meatzza Pizza w/ hand tossed crust.... I tally up the calories.... and march into the conference room..... I put be a piece on the place and proceeded to eat only the toppings... thata the cheese, sauce, sausage, pepperoni, and ham..... Toppings alone is 210 with no crust... I ate 2 pieces....with no crust.. my co workers were looking at me like I was crazy... That 420 calories was better than the 860 calories I would have "really ate" the pizza.. the way I wanted. to.... Thank goodness for my tiny victory!!!

Knowing what you are stuffing in your pie hole - and making concious decisions to do so (or not) is 3/4 of the battle.
