Hurray! down 13.5 lbs
Yay! Not quite a month ago I started my diet. I weaned myself down in calories over the course of a couple of weeks, and lost 9 lbs doing that.
Then I started my 1000-1200 calorie diet, with protein shakes and small portions of protein rich foods, and have lost another 4.5 lbs in a week!
That puts my weight loss at a steady 4-5 lbs per week. I'm hoping I can keep it up!

I hope it keeps up for you! I lost like that for about 6 weeks but things have really leveled off for me now. I am hopeful that it is just a TOM issue and am waiting it out for now.
