Hurray! down 13.5 lbs

Yay!  Not quite a month ago I started my diet. I weaned myself down in calories over the course of a couple of weeks, and lost 9 lbs doing that. Then I started my 1000-1200 calorie diet, with protein shakes and small portions of protein rich foods, and have lost another 4.5 lbs in a week! That puts my weight loss at a steady 4-5 lbs per week.  I'm hoping I can keep it up!

Great Job!!!   I hope it keeps up for you!  I lost like that for about 6 weeks but things have really leveled off for me now.  I am hopeful that it is just a TOM issue and am waiting it out for now.

Wow, that's amazing!  Good for you and I hope it keeps going that way for you.  My weight is leaving VERY slowly.  I've lost 8.4 pounds so far and only 0.6 last week, but I'm going to keep going for it. That's really great results! Beth
