1 peach

Dinner
Small steak on griddle
Baked white potato with 1 tsp. margarine
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
1 Pierre's no sugar, low fat ice cream sandwich
