Hoodia DexC20
Hello - if this question has already been asked, I apologize. I've been a big slacker & haven't been on the site for awhile!! Has anyone used this product? Hoodia Dex C20 Our local news had a report on weight loss products, and they stated this has done well in research as an appetite suppressant with no side effects. Any info would be appreciated!
Hoodia is supposed to be an appetite suppressant. There was some hoopla a while back because some company wanted to patent the extract or something like that but were shot down because you can't patent what occurs naturally. Dex C20 is a mostly a different herb, Slimaluma which according to the pitch on the GNC webpage has 'no known side effects' but is also an appetite suppressant. The other ingredients are typical diet supplement stuff: Methionine, diuretics, and Cinnamon (Cassia) which helps blood sugar control (supposedly). I tried hoodia a while back, no problems, but not a screaming success. It is used in Trimspa as well as other popular products.
Good Luck!

I bought it, I think it had the placebo effect on me. The first 2 days it worked like it promised but by day three I could have eating bark of a tree! I'll have to give it a go again, I kinda forgot it was in the cabinet, it was that unremarkable.... good luck
