2 medium whole wheat & sesame pita breads with spinach, 3 slices tomato, 6 slices chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 peach
2 cups water
Dinner
1 chicken thigh with spaghetti sauce & parmesan cheese
1 cup whole wheat spaghetti with sauce & cheese
1 can vegetable soup
1/4 cantaloupe
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
1/2+ cups no sugar, low fat ice cream
