Another pound bites the dust. lol. I was at the gym last night for 2 hours! 2 HOURS! CRAZY!!! I could barely walk I felt like jello. I didnt want to leave because the premiere for Biggest Loser was on. I love that show..I am so freaking jealous too...I mean come on a 62 year old man 31 pounds in one week and some chick 20 pounds in one week! GEEZ People! lol
YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited for you! That is awesome. Good job. I've been watching the boards looking for a post from you. I relate to your frustrations sometimes so it is good to see you succeed.
I'm so happy to hear you are battling the fast food demon. That is such a challenge. I remember when i was stuck at work and there was no chance of getting out myself. I was a workaholic at the time and would literally go to work at 7:30-8am, get home at 11pm, the earliest, and was pretty much dependent some days on fast food and having to make good choices. It can be soooo frustrating sometimes. Now I think it easier to just completely stay away from it, but I remember when I almost never had a choice or the choice was fast food or nothing. LOL
You're brother sounds like a good workout buddy for you. That is great to have.
Are you still going on your date this weekend? Is it Saturday night? I get to live vicariously through you! I hope that's ok.

The fast food demon creeps up everyday for a craving but I just say no for like an hour. lol. It's really hard but I am doing it. Somehow. Yea I am a workaholic myself. I will work 12 hours straight or so...tan then go to the gym I have no life now that my friends are all off to school.
Oh the date has been pushed to next Saturday the 22nd. Something came up on my end. So we pushed it out. :)

Do you get overtime for working extra? If so that is awesome. I was on salary and I never worked less than 47.5 hours so they always got their money's worth out of me.
I hear you on the fast food cravings. I'm not getting them now as much I guess b/c I changed my eating so drastically but I know how tempting it can be and I have to just say no as well. I noticed that I am chewing gum when I get tempted. It seems to work for me. 10 minutes of gum chewing then I throw it out. I try to use mint gum b/c it is usually nothing like what I am craving. I'm not usually a gum chewer (have probs with my jaw) but I get the munchies a lot so I've gone through about 10 pieces in the last week or so.
