I'm still alive and kickin!

Oh y'all of little faith sorry I abandoned you.  Just been extremely busy as life has done a 180 on me (it's all good!!!!)  I'm alive and well and still kickin' it in the WL arena.  I go for a weigh in today.  Hope to see below 170 But I think it will be right at 170 I even brought my home scale with me to see how far off I am.  LMAO Anyways I shall return and soon as soon as the madness ends!

It ended up being 173.1 its not TOM.  But I do think stress has a hand in it.  Hey 7 lbs aint bad.....I'm still clickin' away at an average of 2.13 pounds per week since March 16th of this year! 54.4 baby
