2 medium whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, 3 tomato slices, 6 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
9 prunes
2 cups water
Dinner
Chicken breast with spaghetti sauce & parmesan cheese
1 cup whole wheat spaghetti with sauce & cheese
1 can vegetable soup
1/4 cantaloupe
1-1/2 cups 1% milk

In case nobody noticed, I have lost another two pounds. That's a total of 19 pounds, starting at 294.5 and down to 275.5.
