3/4 cup apple juice
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
1 cup cornmeal mush
3/4 cup 1% milk
Dinner
1 personal pan pizza (so I don't eat so much)
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
2 cinnamon graham crackers
2 cups water
