I weighed myself this morning, and I lost two pounds this past month. So I weigh 275.5 now.
Breakfast
1 large banana
1 whole grain English muffin with margarine
1/2 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch (at Big Boy Restaurant)
Club sandwich
Cole slaw
Cabbage soup
Assorted fruit (cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon)
1 large glass milk
1 large glass water
Dinner
1 cheeseburger on wheat kaiser roll
1 can vegetable soup
17 grapes
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
3 cups popcorn
1 large Slimfast bar
2 cups water
