- 1 sugar free jello
Snack
- String Cheese
Dinner
- Bowl of Turkey Chili with some fat free cheddar cheese
- Couple chunks of Colby jack Cheese
Last night was a celebration night...races then after party....I ended up only having one drink which I am not supposed to be having any alchy while doing this but it was free so I had to :) 1 small glass of Captain and Diet Coke. Everyone else was pretty smashed except I when usually I am the one that's totally smashed with everyone...blah I was sober...it was REALLY hard let me tell you! But I did it. Also I am very proud of my self....as I am ony my way home it is 1:30am I have a choice...I am really feeling for some Fast food just WANT IT! SO I am asking myself...go straight and get food or turn and go home...Im like AHHH my brain is going to explode...it was really hard....I turned and went home and went to bed. Hmm. I still at this point want fast food right now it is 3pm. Sigh. Oh well. :) But umm I haven't weighed in today yet but tomorrow morning I will and give you results for the month ending :) Later Gators
Keep chuggin along girl... I'm so very proud of you for not detouring for fast food! The cravings will get easier. Last night I wasn't even craving anything, but due to kids' crazy sports schedules and not proper planning, it was 7:30 and we hadn't eaten dinner, so I got cheeseburgers and fries from McD's. OMG I'm paying for it this morning tho - my gut hurts horrible!

I understand what you are saying about not being hungry. I dont eat until I've been up for a couple of hours myself. However... by skipping a meal, you are depriving yourself of a chance to have nutirents to "stoke" your fire. Maybe, you could plan to have a larger snack around 11 and 12 and call it "breakfast" LOL
then lunch would move to mid afternoon and dinner to early evening.
Ive been reading more and more about re-setting the metabolism. Eating small meals often seems to be the key... and not letting your body ever think there is a shortage of food. In the end I may be proven wrong, but right now, eating 7 "meals" a day is working so well for me, when eating the same calories in 2 meals a day before wasnt doing a darn thing for me... but just going to more meals has created significant loss.
What does SB say about number of time to eat a day? Do they give any recommendation?
