Abstinence - Day 197
I have currently revised my food plan and abstinence to only include healthy foods, or at least healthier versions of "treats" (like ice cream). I have ice cream twice a week, in two different forms. When I eat lunch out with my friend tomorrow at Big Boy, I will not order a big boy sandwich, but something healthier, and have no dessert. Breakfast 1 orange 1 cup Rolling Oats cereal 1 cup 1% milk 1 mug coffee 2 cups water Lunch 2 medium whole wheat pita breads 1/2 cup stew 1 cornbread muffin Applesauce Carrots, cooked 2 cups water Dinner 1-1/4 cups Nothing-To-It Chili 1/8 serving cornbread with 1 tsp. margarine 1/2 can pineapple chunks Diet root beer Evening Snack 1 Slim A Bear no sugar, low fat Klondike type bar, with no stick Denise Phares/Kitties4
