I will be weighing myself tomorrow afternoon, before I eat lunch.
Breakfast
1 large banana
1-1/3 cups grits
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 medium whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, 3 tomato slices, 6 slices chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 apple
2 cups water
Dinner
1 cheeseburger on wheat bun
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 can vegetable soup
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
