WW weigh in!!
Well as of the 29th of August i lost 2 more pounds, that puts me at 36.2 loss since i started going to WW the last of April, I have my ups and down, but i keep going, been very dizzy and some hair falling out, Really getting to me, so went to my Dr. he took some blood work, says may be nothing or may be my thyroid, anyone know much about low thyroid? Iam always hot and have sweats, iam sure it has nothing to do with being on WW , WW is the best thing i ever did for myself.. Well enough blabbing, hope all is well and doing great. Delilah
Woohoo on the poundage decrease!!!!
Thyroids...hmmm hard telling. i get mine tested every couple years..and it's always in the "normal range" - my hair is naturally thin and falling out, so that would be hard to tell on me. The dizzy part is interesting. we'll see, eh?
No, WW is a perfect antidote to any thyroid condition...that is one practical solution.
TECHnically I am no longer doing WW...I kinda hate the online part comparatively to Fitday...where i have so much data already built.
However, I will always utilize what I've learned from WW. I am going to the bariatric doc for my monthly weigh-ins and still buying food from them. Today I got weighed in officially for the month of August - DOWN 2#. I am sooo stoked.
what is WW? Weigh****chers? I know that hair falling out can be several things. One, it can be low thyroid, it can be from rapid weight loss, I read on OH.com that it can be stress from the surgery and happens around the third month. I hope they are wrong about that. I haven't hit my third month yet, so far so good. It also can happen because a person isn't taking in enough protein.
Do any of those things fit you?
